Hash Halper, aka New York Romantic, has graffitied over 100,000 chalk hearts in downtown NYC since 2014. He brings his work to a semi more permanent place with paint on canvas to represent his graffiti work.
His work has been featured in the New York Times, Vogue Japan, ABC, Lonely Planet, German Vogue and was even featured in Love magazine with Bella Hadid at Marlon Brando’s apartment!
